The Challenge – preparing executives at a global pharmaceutical company to handle any type of potential crisis from an accidental chemical spill to a protest by demonstrators.

Positive Communications Solution – In training workshops, the executives learned how to tell the company’s story before it was told by someone else. Jahnke stressed the importance of the first response because it is often the most memorable. The training emphasized the importance of preparation and planning. The executives were taught how to keep the communications channels open with the news media, employees, the public, and other important audiences.
